이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 (주)메디컬어드바이스(이하 “회사”)가 CareSeoul(careseoul.com)를 통해 제공하는 외국인환자 유치 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 성격)

회사는 「의료 해외진출 및 외국인환자 유치 지원에 관한 법률」에 따라 등록된 외국인환자 유치사업자(등록번호 제 A-2023-08-01-5063 호)로서, 이용자와 대한민국 의료기관을 연결하고 상담·통역·예약·방문 지원을 제공합니다.

회사는 의료기관이 아니며 의료행위를 하지 않습니다. 진료·시술·수술은 전적으로 해당 의료기관이 수행하며, 그 결과와 부작용에 대한 책임은 해당 의료기관에 있습니다.

제3조 (회원가입 없는 이용)

회사는 별도의 회원가입을 요구하지 않습니다. 이용자는 이름, 국가, 메신저 아이디 등 상담에 필요한 최소한의 정보만으로 서비스를 이용하며, 예약 내역은 예약번호와 상담 메신저를 통해 조회합니다.

제4조 (상담과 견적)

  • ·상담과 견적은 무료이며, 이용자가 제공한 정보와 사진을 바탕으로 한 예상 금액입니다.
  • ·최종 금액은 의료기관의 대면 진료 후 확정되며, 진단 결과에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
  • ·화면에 표시되는 현지 통화 금액은 참고용 환산값입니다. 실제 청구 통화는 대한민국 원화(KRW)이며, 환율 변동에 따라 현지 통화 환산액은 달라집니다.

제5조 (예약금과 결제)

  • ·이용자는 진료 일정을 확정하기 위해 예약금을 결제합니다. 예약금은 최종 진료비의 일부로 충당됩니다.
  • ·결제 통화는 대한민국 원화(KRW)를 기준으로 합니다.
  • ·결제 수단별 수수료는 회사가 부담하며, 이용자에게 별도로 청구하지 않습니다.
  • ·예약금 결제가 확인되면 회사는 예약확정서를 발급하고, 필요한 경우 사증(C-3-3 등) 신청에 필요한 서류를 안내합니다.

제6조 (취소와 환불)

취소·환불은 별도로 정한 취소·환불 규정에 따릅니다. 이용자는 결제 전에 해당 규정에 동의하여야 합니다.

제7조 (이용자의 의무)

  • ·이용자는 본인의 건강 상태, 복용 중인 약, 기왕력 등 진료에 필요한 정보를 정확히 제공하여야 합니다. 부정확한 정보로 인한 진료상의 문제에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
  • ·여권, 사증 등 대한민국 입국에 필요한 서류는 이용자가 준비하여야 합니다.
  • ·타인의 정보나 사진을 이용자 본인의 것으로 제출해서는 안 됩니다.

제8조 (AI 시뮬레이션)

회사가 제공하는 AI 시뮬레이션은 참고용 이미지이며, 수술 결과를 예측하거나 보장하지 않습니다. 실제 결과는 개인의 해부학적 조건과 의료진의 판단에 따라 달라집니다.

제9조 (여행 관련 서비스)

항공, 숙박, 공항 픽업 등 여행 관련 서비스는 제휴 사업자가 제공하며, 회사는 이를 소개할 뿐 해당 서비스의 이행에 대한 당사자가 아닙니다.

제10조 (회사의 면책)

  • ·천재지변, 감염병, 항공편 결항, 전쟁, 제재 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 일정 변경이나 불이행
  • ·이용자가 제공한 정보의 부정확·허위로 인해 발생한 손해
  • ·의료기관의 진료 결과, 부작용, 의료사고 — 이는 해당 의료기관의 책임입니다
  • ·제휴 여행 사업자가 제공하는 서비스의 하자

제11조 (지식재산권)

careseoul.com에 게시된 문구, 이미지, 디자인의 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 의료기관의 사진과 시술 정보는 해당 의료기관과의 계약에 따라 게시됩니다.

제12조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 회사와 이용자 사이에 분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 대한민국 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

제13조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전부터 careseoul.com에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 공지합니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of CareSeoul (careseoul.com), operated by Medical Advice Co., Ltd.(“the Company”), which provides facilitation services for international patients seeking medical care in the Republic of Korea.

2. Nature of the service

The Company is a medical facilitator registered under the Act on Support for Overseas Expansion of Healthcare System and Attraction of International Patients (licence no. A-2023-08-01-5063). It connects patients with Korean medical institutions and provides consultation, interpretation, booking and visit support.

The Company is not a medical institution and does not practise medicine. All treatment is performed by the medical institution, which is solely responsible for its outcome.

3. Use without registration

No account is required. Bookings are retrieved using a booking number and the messenger channel used for the consultation.

4. Consultation and quotes

  • ·Consultations and quotes are free and are estimates based on the information you provide.
  • ·The final amount is determined after an in-person examination and may differ from the estimate.
  • ·Amounts shown in your local currency are indicative conversions. Billing is in Korean won (KRW); the converted amount changes with exchange rates.

5. Deposit and payment

  • ·A deposit secures your appointment and is credited against the final treatment cost.
  • ·Payments are denominated in Korean won (KRW).
  • ·Payment processing fees are borne by the Company and are never added to your bill.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which you must accept before paying.

7. Your obligations

  • ·Provide accurate information about your health, medication and medical history. The Company is not liable for problems arising from inaccurate information.
  • ·Obtain your own passport and any visa required to enter Korea.
  • ·Do not submit another person's information or photographs as your own.

8. AI simulation

Simulation images are illustrative only. They do not predict or guarantee surgical outcomes, which depend on individual anatomy and clinical judgement.

9. Travel services

Flights, accommodation and airport transfers are supplied by partner providers. The Company introduces these services but is not a party to them.

10. Limitation of liability

  • ·Events beyond the Company's control: natural disasters, epidemics, flight cancellations, war, sanctions.
  • ·Loss arising from inaccurate or false information supplied by you.
  • ·Clinical outcomes, complications or medical accidents — the responsibility of the treating institution.
  • ·Defects in services provided by partner travel providers.

11. Intellectual property

Text, images and design on careseoul.com belong to the Company or the respective rights holders. Hospital photographs and treatment information are published under agreement with each institution.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the Korean court having jurisdiction over the Company’s head office.

These Terms are provided in Korean and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
